Payments and support
Stripe processes checkout and card information. Watcho can access the payment record, checkout email, amount and refund status to manage your reservation and provide support. Card details are not collected by this website. Support emails contain the information you choose to send.
Optional research
The three-question feedback form does not ask for your name or contact details. Its answers are stored without a payment session ID or a link to your email. A random submission reference prevents duplicate submissions; it is not shared with the separate interview form. We store the language and calendar date, not a precise submission time. Please do not include personal information.
Optional interviews
The separate interview form stores only your email, language and permission to contact you about Watcho prototype research. It is not linked to your feedback answers. Participation is optional and you can withdraw by emailing us.
Hosting and retention
Our hosting and email providers process technical information needed to deliver the services, which can include network logs and IP addresses. This website currently does not add advertising trackers. Feedback drafts remain in your browser session until submitted or cleared. We plan to delete raw research answers and interview contact details within 12 months, unless you renew permission. Payment and support records are retained as needed for refunds, accounting and applicable obligations.
Your choices
You can skip research, request a refund, or ask us about access or deletion of contact information. Because feedback answers are not linked to your identity, we may be unable to identify a particular anonymous response. This policy covers this website, including the shop, not the separate mobile app.
QR links
Watcho QR links count opens by UTC day and broad device category (iOS, Android or other). These counters do not store IP addresses, locations, individual identifiers or full browser strings, and we do not add cookies for this measurement. An open does not prove a physical scan or a unique person. Some previews and automation may affect counts. Hosting providers may process technical logs as described below.
Shop orders
To manage your order, we store the items, size, delivery choice and payment reference. Stripe collects your shipping address, email and payment details. Watcho accesses these details to fulfill your order. We use email to coordinate DTLA pickup and answer order questions. Records are retained as needed for fulfillment, support and applicable obligations.
Restock requests
If you request a restock email, Formspree processes your email, product, size and language so we can notify you if that item returns. This permission does not subscribe you to the newsletter. Contact us to withdraw your request.
