Payments and support
Stripe processes checkout and card information. Watcho can access the payment record, checkout email, amount and refund status to manage your reservation and provide support. Card details are not collected by this website. Support emails contain the information you choose to send.
Optional research
The three-question feedback form does not ask for your name or contact details. Its answers are stored without a payment session ID or a link to your email. A random submission reference prevents duplicate submissions; it is not shared with the separate interview form. We store the language and calendar date, not a precise submission time. Please do not include personal information.
Optional interviews
The separate interview form stores only your email, language and permission to contact you about Watcho prototype research. It is not linked to your feedback answers. Participation is optional and you can withdraw by emailing us.
Hosting and retention
Our hosting and email providers process technical information needed to deliver the services, which can include network logs and IP addresses. We do not add advertising trackers. Feedback drafts remain in your browser session until submitted or cleared. We plan to delete raw research answers and interview contact details within 12 months, unless you renew permission. Payment and support records are retained as needed for refunds, accounting and applicable obligations.
Your choices
You can skip research, request a refund, or ask us about access or deletion of contact information. Because feedback answers are not linked to your identity, we may be unable to identify a particular anonymous response. This policy covers this reservation website, not the separate mobile app.
